Public Offer

The promo code grants the right to receive a discount on the purchase of goods under the terms and conditions set forth herein and does not constitute a security, a means of payment, or a guarantee of concluding a sales contract.

The promo code does not apply to promotional, discounted, or special-offer products, including any goods whose prices have been reduced under other marketing or commercial programs.

The promo code may not be used for the purchase of:

products of the Miele, Apple, PlayStation and Dyson brands;

products belonging to the “Mobile Phones” category;

gift cards or other prepaid payment instruments.

The promo code may not be combined with interest-free installment plans exceeding 6 (six) months, nor with any other financial or credit programs, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company.

The promo code may not be used in conjunction with other discounts, bonuses, coupons, promotional offers, or loyalty programs, unless explicitly permitted under the terms of a specific promotion.

The Company reserves the right, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, to unilaterally:

amend the terms and conditions of the promo code;

restrict the list of products eligible for the promo code;

terminate the promo code early or extend its validity period
without prior notice to customers.

By using the promo code, the customer fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions and confirms that they have reviewed and accepted all applicable restrictions.

In the event of any dispute or ambiguity related to the application of the promo code, the final decision shall be made by the Company in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the retail sale and purchase agreement and shall apply insofar as they do not contradict the mandatory provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, including consumer protection laws.
