Zigzag delivers all over Armenia. You can order the delivery online, by phone or by visiting any of the Zigzag stores, and our specialists will deliver the purchased goods to the specified address in 72 hours.

At Zigzag the specialized Service center provides warranty and post-warranty services: installation and repair for the household appliances and electronics.

The service center is authorized by a number of world-famous brands, such as Bosch, Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, Miele, Indesit, Hotpoint, Philips, Liebherr, DeLonghi, etc.

Delivery

Standard delivery: within 72 hours, having previously agreed with you the delivery time.

Delivery in Yerevan:

free on orders for 30,000 AMD or more,
1000 AMD on orders under 30,000 AMD.

Delivery in regions:

the cost of the service depends on the distance to the delivery point.
By filling the necessary data on the site (region, city/village, address), you will see the cost of delivery. You can also get information about the rates by calling at +374 11 900 800.

Customer pickup: delivery is carried out in any of the Zigzag stores you choose, from where you can pick it up for free.
Installation

Installation of a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator includes:

Installing the appliance in the designated place,
Connecting to already prepared infrastructures (water and electricity sources, sewerage) without changes and interference in their operation,
Testing the appliance,
Make aware of the rules of use.

Installation of the appliance in the designated place,
Connecting to already prepared infrastructures (water and electricity sources, sewerage) without changes and interference in their operation,
Testing the appliance,
Make aware of the rules of use.

Installation does not include:

Furniture arrangement.

Attention: due to the difference in the size and configuration of the old and new appliances, the new appliance may not fit in the existing openings. Installing specialists do not arrange the furniture. The power sources must be installed in the designated location.

Installation of the gas stove includes

Installation of the appliance in the designated place,
Connecting to already prepared infrastructures (electricity source) without changes and interference in their operation,
Testing the appliance,
Make aware of the rules of use.

Installation does not include:

Furniture arrangement,
Connecting the appliance to a gas pipe.

Installation of the electric hob includes:

Installation of the appliance in the designated place,
Connecting to already prepared infrastructures (electricity source) without changes and interference in their operation,

Furniture arrangement,
Connecting the appliance to a gas pipe.

Installation of island hoods includes:

Installation of the appliance in the designated location,
Connecting to already prepared infrastructures (electricity source, air pipe) without changes and interference in their operation,
Testing the appliance,
Make aware of the terms of use

Installation does not include:

Furniture arrangement,
Drilling holes in the wall, if it’s covered with granite, marble or other similar tiles.
Repair

Repair

A warranty operates for the whole assortment of electronics, household, kitchen, mobile, IT/TV appliances, as well as accessories in the Zigzag stores chain for the mentioned period on the warranty card.

From the exploitation until the end of the warranty expiration date the product is subject to free repair if factory defects are found. Our specialists will make every effort to restore the working condition of your equipment.

All repair services are free of cost and are available throughout the whole territory of Armenia during the warranty period.
